Can you manage four minutes a day?

A study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine has found that women who do not exercise regularly can reduce their risk of heart attacks by nearly 50% just by incorporating four minutes a day of high-intensity exercise, such as climbing the stairs instead of taking the lift. 

The results weren’t so clear for men who do not exercise, where the risk was reduced by 16%. But that’s not bad is it?
