A new career at 90?

Michael Caine, one of the UK’s best-known actors, has taken up a new career at the age of 90.

In 2023 he published a novel 'Deadly Game', with the subject matter a former SAS man turned police detective who discovers a criminal enterprise involving the potential misuse of nuclear material. Caine has written before, three volumes of memoirs, but this is his first work of fiction.

He is also still acting, and in the same year made a new film with the late Glenda Jackson,'The Great Escaper'. It was Jackson's last film, made at the age of 87.
